PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical cable connection box capable of reducing the size of an outer case even in the case of using case half parts having the same shape and preventing the generation of excess space on both case half parts. SOLUTION: Plural cable guide holes 4 are adjacently formed only one end of two-divided shape outer case 1 constituted of two case half parts 1A, 1B having the same shape so as to be divided into two parts on the divided face 5 of the case 1. An end face plate 6 allowed to be engaged with the outer periphery of an optical cable 3 to seal each guide hole 4 is engaged and supported with/by the guide hole 4. The end face plate 6 is positioned on the guide hole 4 so that a diflected cable through hole is opposed to the inside of one case half part 1A. A chamber 2A in the case half part 1A to which the deflected cable through hole is opposed is constituted as a cable guiding chamber/connection frame storing chamber. A chamber 2B in the other case half part 1B is constituted as an excess length storing case storing chamber.
