<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and easily evaluate an object piled inside a complicate plant piping or the like by determining an X-ray image pick-up point beforehand from a CAD diagram of the piping, valves, devices, etc. SOLUTION: An X-ray image pick-up position is determined in advance from a CAD diagram 1 of pipings, valves devices, etc. More specifically, a piping route and the like are stored in a memory apparatus 2 from the CAD diagram 1. An XY position control apparatus 3 drives a motor drive control apparatus 4 with the use of the data to arrange an X-ray projection apparatus to a predetermined position. In this state, X rays are generated from an X-ray generator and detection signals are obtained by an X-ray detector. The detection signals are converted at an A/D converter 5 and stored in a buffer memory 6. A pile level of the pipings, valves, devices, etc., at the predetermined position is evaluated at 7 by a CPU with the use of the signals on the basis of position information from the XY position control apparatus 3. A result of the evaluation is displayed at a monitor 8, converted to a map 9 of the pile level inside the pipings, valves, devices and stored.</p> |
