PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a releasing agent from being passed through by setting the abutting pressure of the abutting part piece of a cleaning member to the other roller to be uniform along a roller axial line direction at the time of rotating a roller and to be lower at one end part than the other end part on the side of transmitting driving force between the rollers at a standstill time. SOLUTION: The axial center A of a pressure roller 10 is made in parallel with the rotary shaft B of the cleaning member 31. In the case that pressure for the cleaning member 31 is set to be equal at both ends of a pressing member 35, the edge end part of the cleaning member 31 is obliquely worked so as to set the projecting quantity (L1 and L2 ) of the edge end part of the cleaning member 31 to be L1 >L2 , and blade abutting pressure for the pressure roller 10 is adjusted to the state (F1 and F2 ) where it is higher on the sides of upper and lower driving members at the standstill time. The pressure roller 10 is moved by some degrees (θdeg.) when the pressure roller 10 is rotated or transfer paper is fed, so that the abutting pressure at both ends at the time of feeding paper is set to be F1 '=F2 ', and the top end of the cleaning member 31 uniformly abuts on the pressure roller 10.
