The invention relates to metallic structures for fixed marine platforms, installed adjacently and connected to them, consisting of a plane resistance structure [A] with two or more tubular metallic legs [1 and 2], connected with rods [3 and 4], a structure which is displaced by floating, is mounted near the existent platform [16] by a double-articulated frame [12] and by articulation units [C and D] and is fixed to the terrain by tubular metallic piles inserted and driven through the legs [1 and 2], and on their heads a platform is installed and welded [20], which is coupled to the fixed platform [16] with articulation units [D] or, in another alternative, instead of the articulated frame [12] an arm supporting the flare [25] for the combustion of the gases.
