PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed electrostatic printing method using liquid toner. SOLUTION: In a method for high speed self fixing printing, the liquid toner containing a toner material and a liquid carrier is applied to a latent image on a ferroelectric recording member 1, so that a developed image is formed on the recording member 1. Next, a surplus carrier is removed from the developed image by an evacuating means 4, so that a stuck image is formed and is transferred to a substrate 15. Thus, an image is instantly fixed on the substrate 15 without necessitating an additional step to fix the image to the substrate 15. |
