In the step 215, the distribution width Bmax having fixed frequencies or below, of the frequency distribution in the position X(i) is calculated. In the step 220, the distribution width Bmax is set as a blur width XW in the direction of X. In the step 235, the frequency distribution of each positional data in a position Y(i) is prepared. In the step 240, the distribution width Bmax having the fixed frequencies or below, of the frequency distribution in the position Y(i) is calculated. In the step 245, the distribution width Bmax is set as a blur width YW in the direction of Y. The blur quantity is obtained from the blur widths XW and YW, to judge the blur. |
