PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a reagent for measuring a large quantity of antiphospholipid antibody quickly and conveniently through application to general automatic biochemical analysis. SOLUTION: The production method of reagent for measuring antiphospholipid antibody carried on a synthetic polymer latex comprises a step for preparing a lipid antigen, a step for separating the prepared lipid antigen centrifugally and suspending in a buffer through ultrasonic crushing, and a step for mixing the suspension of lipid antigen with latex. The lipid antigen comprises cardiolipin, lecitin and cholesterol wherein cardiolipin is 0.01-1μg for 10μg of latex, lecitin is 5-15 times of cardiolipin and cholesterol is 10-40 times of cardiolipin.
