PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor, having conductive macromolecules as solid electrolyte and having high thermal stability and high reliability, when mounted. SOLUTION: This method is constituted of steps of forming a dielectric oxide film 2 on the surface of an anode made of a sinter of valve action metal powder 1, forming a first conductive macromolecular compound layer 3 on the dielectric oxide film 2 through chemical oxidation polymerization, dipping the first conductive macromolecular compound layer 3 in a water solution of conductive macromolecular compound suspension to form a second conductive macromolecular compound layer 4 on the first conductive macromolecular compound layer 3, immersing the second conductive macromolecular compound layer 4 in a water solution of suspension containing graphite powder to form a graphite layer 8 on the second conductive macromolecular compound layer 4, and forming a silver-coated layer 9 to form a cathodic layer. |
