PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure thickness of ITO films forming a positive electrode pattern and to suppress its resistance, and to prevent continuity with the negative electrode side by properly maintaining coverage of organic thin films. SOLUTION: Positive electrodes 2a obtained by patterning ITO film 2 no a translucent substrate 1 are formed and organic thin films 6 formed by laminating corresponding to the respective patterned positive electrodes 2a and negative electrodes 7 formed by laminating corresponding to the organic thin films 6 are provided, while recessions of gaps between the positive electrodes 2a recessed toward the substrate 1 side are filled with photosensitive photo-setting resin for a resist so as to be the same layer thickness as the positive electrodes 2a to prevent generation of coverage defects of the organic thin films 6 at the edge parts of the positive electrodes 2a even with a thick ITO films 2.
