PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device which measures corrosion of a turbine nozzle effectively without disassembling turbine equipment. SOLUTION: This inspection device is provided with an inspection means (industrial endoscope) 5 for inspecting the corrosion amount of a turbine nozzle 1, and a monitoring means 6 for navigating a wide monitoring range, which confirms the measuring position and the posture of the corrosion amount inspection means 5, and inspects the corrosion condition of the turbine nozzle 1 while monitoring, all the time, the measuring position and posture of the corrosion amount inspection means 5 by the navigating monitoring means 6. The measuring position and posture of the corrosion amount inspection means 5 during measurement can be grasped accurately all the time, therefore, a plurality of turbine nozzles 1 adjacent to each other in almost the same shape are sequentially measured exactly, thus it is possible to conduct inspection with high reliability. Even if the corrosion amount inspection means 5 during measurement is removed from the turbine nozzle 1, measuring time can be shortened by conducting reset easily at a position where measurement is conducted previously. It is thus possible to improve inspection efficiency largely. |
