<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and facilitate operations and to transmit and receive a voice mail similarly to a telephone with superior confidentiality by activating the program of the voice mail by picking up a transmitter-receiver and automatically controlling recording, an electronic mail, reception and reproduction by picking up and putting down the transmitter-receiver. SOLUTION: A handset 21 is provided with the transmitter-receiver 30 provided with a loudspeaker 22 and a microphone 23 and constituted in a shape similar to the telephone, a switch 24 for holding the transmitter-receiver 30 at all times and detecting that the transmitter-receiver 30 is picked up and put down and a control part 25. At transmitting of the voice mail, the power source of a personal computer P1 is turned on, and the transmitter-receiver 30 is picked up. Thus, recording can be started, and a message is entered from the transmitter-receiver 30. The personal computer P1 discriminates whether or not the transmitter-receiver 30 is hung down and ends recording. Thus, the message is inputted and transmitted by picking up the transmitter-receiver 30 and similarly the message is received by the transmitter-receiver 30.</p> |
