PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector for circuit board certainly performing pressure contact wire connection. SOLUTION: A fixed connector to be fixed on a circuit board P and a removable connector 20 removably installed are provided, the removable connector 20 has a housing 22 in which a plurality of array groove for housing a plurality of cables C are formed, and a cover member at which a plurality of substantially plate shaped contact 23 are planted, the contact 23 is protruded from a side face of a cover member as a contact part 29 at one end or positioned on the side face, and the other end is plate-shaped as a wire connection part 27 for pressure contact, so that when the cover member 24 is assembled in the housing 22, a blade part 27B of a wire connection part 27 of the contact 23 is cut into a coating from one side in a direction at right angle to an axial direction of the cable at a plurality of positions in the axial direction of the cable C so as to bring into pressure contact with and connect with a cable core wire. |
