PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the noise of blast by measuring a blast noise generated from a blast means blowing air to a cooking means such as heating, cutting, pulverizing, kneading, stirring, and cooling against food stuffs to be cooked or liquid, and providing silencing means generating the sound of a reverse phase sound from the blast noise. SOLUTION: When a Peltier element 1b cooling a vessel 1a containing eater is excited, a power source circuit 1c is operated so as to be heated. In order to prevent the occurrence of the malfunction or failure of the power source circuit 1c resulting from the heating, air is blown by a blower 2a so as to cool and be exhausted from an exhaust hole. The wind noise of the blower 2a is measured by a highly directional microphone 3a, a sound having the reverse phase of the noise is produced from a speaker 3b. Thereby the wind noise and the reverse phase sound are cancelled mutually so that a noise is reduced. The sound produced from the speaker 3b contains at least one frequency component or the integer times frequency of the rotational frequency of the blower 2a and a power source frequency. |
