PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales system by which a distribution center that manages musical contents supplied from record manufacturing companies is connected to a store-front vending machine or an automatic vending machine through a communication circuit network and musical software which users select is downloaded to media such as DVD and is sold to users. SOLUTION: The total system 1 has the distribution center 10 of information being a server. This center 10 receives contents of music, etc., and information of advertisement from record manufacturing companies 2 or advertising companies 4 and it is connected to plural store-front vending machines 30 or automatic vending machines 130 working as terminal devices through a communication circuit network 20. Such machine is provided with a display 32, a DVD driver an MD driver 34, a magnetic tape head, etc. The display 32 is provided with a touch panel to allow instructions inputted by users to be sent to the allotting center 10. The musical software selected by a user is downloaded to media in the drivers to be charged.
