PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain easy installation by the use of a wall-mounting board for preventing the closing of the ventilating hole of cooling air cooling heat- generating parts in a power device, when the power device converting DC power by a solar-cell generation system into AC power and supplying a part of household power is mounted on the outdoor side. SOLUTION: Constituent parts such as an inverter device are divided and set up to a plurality of chambers, partitioned in the box body 2 of the power device 1, and cooling air is blasted into each chamber by an air blower. Although the power device 1 is suspended and supported by engagement among the retaining pieces 37, 37 of a wall-mounting board 33 and a retaining hole 35B of the rear of the box body, spaces G are secured at the rear of the box- body rear by spacing pieces 38 formed to the wall-mounting board 33, and can be fitted so as not to block the exhaust port 31 for cooling air existing on the rear of the box body. |
