METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FOAMS FROM EMULSIONS HAVING HIGH INNER PHASE CONTENT

The method for the making of porous cross-linked polymermaterial of solidified emulsion having high content of inner phaseconsists in producing high inner phase-content emulsion whichincludes at least one phase capable of solidification. Acontinuous band of polymer film is ensured which is incompatiblewith each of the emultion phases and at least part of the emulsionis continuously applied on the film. The film is closed around theemulsion and it is wound on it around a roll which revolves bynature around a vertical axis for holding the emulsion during itssolidification.
