ADJUSTING CIRCUIT FOR SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting circuit for sensor in which a wide adjusting range and high accuracy can be attained easily through small circuit scale. SOLUTION: The adjusting circuit for the sensor comprises an analog/digital converter, an operating unit 4 for processing the output from the analog/digital converter according to a preloaded program, and a writable memory 8 for holding an adjustment data wherein the analog/digital converter is an over sampling type analog/digital converter comprising an analog integrator 1, a comparator 2 and a digital/analog converter 7. When an over sampling type analog/digital converter is employed, the number of bits of a digital signal required for keeping the adjusting range and accuracy can be decreased and the circuit scale can be limited.
