PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a time for processing color space conversion by reducing the number of picture elements of a picture for a color space conversion processing. SOLUTION: A processing mode is decided based on a resolution conversion parameter by a mode deciding part 3. When an enlargement mode is decided, a color space conversion processing is executed by a color space converting part 2, and a resolution conversion processing is executed by a resolution converting part 1. When a reduction mode is decided, the resolution conversion processing is executed by a resolution converting part 1, the color space conversion processing is executed by the color space converting part 2. When an unmagnification mode is decided, only the color space conversion processing is executed by the color space converting part 2. |
