PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pour oil from a casing of a high oil level into a casing of a low oil level, and ensure pouring-in of oil in a good condition even if a casing is inclined when a vehicle runs on an uphill road. SOLUTION: When an agitated quantity of oil exists in a second casing 5, since an oil return rib 20 for inducing oil which is jump up to a bulk head is protuberantly arranged on an inner wall of a casing 3 where oil is jumped up, oil crotutes with rotation of a gear collides with the oil return rib according to the agitated quantity of oil. Since oil which is induced toward the bulkhead 2 is circulated to a first casing 4 bypassing an oil return hole arranged on the bulk head 2, an oil level in the first casing is raised so as to prevent a fault such as seizing. Since this device is a structure for inducing oil to the oil return hole utilizing power of oil, it is possible to prevent an influence caused by inclining a transmission when a vehicle runs on a an uphill road. |
