PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easier the attaching work of sealing plates to the opened end of a resin case. SOLUTION: Through holes 26 are drilled through a resin film 24 correspondingly to the number and positions of lead terminals 12. Sealing plates 18 are punched from the resin film belt 24 with a punch and, at the same time, the punched sealing plates 18 are attached to the opened end of a resin case 16 when the lead terminals 12 are inserted into the through holes 26 by holding the sealing plates 18 at the front end of the punch by means of a prescribed holding means. |
