PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the bias portion even when the ambient temperature is fluctuated, and eliminated the error of outputted measured values by preliminarily measuring the bias value according to each ambient temperature and, when a calculated measured value is outputted, subtracting the bias value corresponding to the ambient temperature at the time of the measured value calculation. SOLUTION: An arithmetic part 214 calculates angular velocity information from interference signal information 11 by an angular velocity arithmetic part. It also reads temperature information 216 from a temperature sensor 215 on a signal processing circuit 207. On the other hand, bias value data to each ambient temperature are preliminarily measured and stored in a bias value data storing part of each temperature. This bias value data storing part imparts a bias value data corresponding to the temperature information 216 at the time of the angular velocity information calculation to a bias correcting part. The bias correcting part removes the bias portion according to the ambient temperature change by subtracting the bias data corresponding to the temperature at the time of calculation from the calculated angular velocity information. Thus, the error of outputted measured values can be reduced. |
