The invention refers to a painting device with constant level cartridge, designed to be used for building finishes, in the automotive industry, etc. in order to cover surfaces by direct application, by coming into contact with a rotating brush or by pulverisation with a rotating brush, using paints with low and medium viscosity. The painting device consists of an electric motor [1] that drives a rotating brush [5] into rotating motion, which is in permanent contact with a charging roll [14] inserted into a constant level cartridge [7]. The cartridge [7] is supplied with paint or another working liquid from an air-tight storage recipient [9] that is provided with a valve [10] which allows the paint to pass through a hose [8], which is connected at its lower end to a weight [16]. The paint is pulverised upon contact of the rotating brush [5] with a detachable wedge [18]. Instead of a rotating brush [5], a rotating pencil-brush may be used, which applies the paint by direct contact of the pencil-brush with the surface being painted.
