The arrangement consists of classifying impact components (1) attached on a shaft (2) or drum in the radial direction, the length and spacings of the impact components determining the stages of classifying. The impact components for classifying are formed perpendicularly to the axis of the drum or shaft with a reduced material thickness. The impact components for grinding and feed are attached on the circumference of the drum or shaft parallel to the latter's axis. The impact components may be constructed flexible or rigid as chain links, beater blades, pins, etc, according to application. The impact components and shaft or drum are made from one piece or can be made from different materials. The impact components are exchangeable, and the planes of split between the components are adjustable by spacer rings.
