A discrete condenser lens (L) having a high transmission efficiency of incident rays and a low energy loss, and capable of condensing incident rays on one point, wherein a surface (s) which incident rays enter of a medium is formed as a substantially circular flat surface in plan, a refracting surface ( alpha ) thereof is formed as a curved refracting surface, and, when parallel rays are allowed to fall on the incident surface (s), they are subjected to discrete condensing, i.e., they are each condensed as refracted rays from the refracting surface ( alpha ) onto one each condensing focus.
