The invention concerns a connection formed by two articulated sub-assemblies (26, 28) for mounting and dismounting a removable rear connection on a connector (10) provided or not with wiring, without disassembling the latter. The sub-assembly (26) comprises a collar in at least two parts (36a, 36b) capable of being urged onto the connector (10) rear. The sub-assembly (28) forms a ring in at least two parts (56a, 56b) designed to enclose simultaneously the connector (10) rear and the collar. The ring co-operates with the connector by means of threads (20, 60) and with the collar by a ringshaped groove-rib assembly (54). Moreover, the sub-assembly (26) is locked in rotation relative to the connector (10).
