A package (5) for a suture anchor (500) and attached suture (530). The package has on a top side (12) a suture channel (40) covered by door members (240). The bottom side (14) of the package has a suture anchor mounting chamber (200) and channel (180) as well as a needle park (210) for surgical needles (540).
