<p>The stator core (32) of an AC generator for vehicle is formed in a cylindrical shape by spirally winding a belt-like steel sheet in a laminated state. The yoke section of the core (32) is held between a pair of frames. An axially extending groove-like recessed section (38) is provided on the outer periphery of the core (32) and a through bolt (13) is passed through the section (38). When the axial center position of the bolt (13) is specified, moment components can be reduced remarkably at the time of tightening the bolt (13) in the axial direction and the bolt (13) can be prevented from being loosened. Therefore, an AC generator for vehicle which is free from output drop, has a small size and excellent vibration resistance, and low in noise can be obtained at a low cost.</p> |
