<p>A conductor paste composition comprising a vehicle and, dispersed therein, a conductive material mainly composed of silver and an inorganic binder, wherein the inorganic binder comprises, in terms of oxide, 10 to 60 wt.% of lead oxide (PbO), 5 to 15 wt.% of boron oxide (B>2<O>3<), 2 to 15 wt.% of silicon oxide (SiO>2<), 0.1 to 15 wt.% of manganese oxide (MnO) and 0.1 to 80 wt.% of vanadium oxide (V>2<O>5<); and nonreversible circuit elements made by using the same. The paste is suitable for external electrodes of nonreversible circuit elements of simultaneous internal-electrode firing type or the like and is excellent in mounting characteristics, reliability in mounting, and electrical characteristics.</p> |
