A denture brush (10) utilizing a base having a support (16) in a handle (14) connected to the support. The support is provided with a first surface (18) and an opposite second surface (20). A first group of bristles (46) is fixed relative to the first surface and extends generally orthogonally outwardly from the first surface. A second group of bristles (48) is fixed relative to the second surface and extends outwardly in a direction opposite to the first group of bristles. A gripping surface (42) is also located on the handle adjacent the second set of bristles and the second surface of the support.
