<p>The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) in which: R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen, a C1-C4 alkyl, methyl, hydroxy or amino group; R2 and R3, identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, a phenyl or a benzyl; X represents an oxygen atom, a -NH- or -N(C1-4 alkyl)- group; and A is a group of formula (B) or (C) in which: Y represents a nitrogen atom or a methylene group; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, or a benzyl; n is equal to 0 or 1; and m is equal to 0 or 1. Said compounds have an antagonist activity for 5-HT3/5-HT4 receptors.</p> |
