The lattice work of struts (3,3') between each pair of top and bottom flanges (1,1',2,2') positively engages the opposing flange anchor holes (4,4',5,5'). Each pair of successive struts bears on one another at their confronting ends by respective anchoring sectors (6,6',7,7') and the flanges pair have lateral holes at an angle to the respective anchor sector for engagement by a locking bolt (11).
