<p>Device for separation of particles from a fluid-stream, especially for separating sand from a wellstream in petroleum production, in a tank with an inlet pipe and an outlet channel. The novel feature of the invention is that the inlet pipe has a mouth towards a relatively narrow part of the tank, with a spatial connection towards a relatively widened part of the tank, for precipitation of particles, with a sump arranged for the precipitated particles.</p> |
