New 1-oxiranylmethyl-4-carbamoyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione derivatives

1-Oxiranylmethyl-4-carbamoyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-thiones of formula (I) or 1-oxiranylmethyl-4-carbamoylthio-1H-1,2,4-triazoles of formula (Ia) are new: R1 = 1-4C alkyl optionally substituted by 1-5 halo, optionally halogenated 3-7C cycloalkyl, naphthyl, or phenyl optionally substituted by 1-3 halo, NO2, phenyl, phenoxy, 1-4C alkyl (optionally substituted by 1-5 halo), 1-4C alkoxy (optionally substituted by 1-5 halo), and/or 1-4C haloalkylthio with 1-5 halo; R2 = phenyl optionally substituted by 1-3 halo, 1-4C alkyl (optionally substituted by 1-5 halo), 1-4C alkoxy (optionally substituted by 1-5 halo), and/or 1-4C haloalkylthio with 1-5 halo; R3 = alkoxyalkyl, isopropyl or n-dodecyl.
