摘要 The product comprises (by weight): 64-70% meat, 2-6% fats, 7-14% onion and tomatoes, plus other flavourings and spices. The mix is ground and stirred before cooking at 60-95 deg C. After cooking the mix is cooled to 10 deg C and the pancakes are shaped and filled at a temperature of +5 to -5 deg C.
