An open plastic duct (17) forming a water flow channel (19) is immobilised against the internal surface of a lower cross member of the door frame. The duct is fixed under an opening in the cross member allowing water to flow from this opening into the duct and beyond the cross member. The duct has an air pressure balancing channel (25) which is isolated from the water flow channel.
