An inkjet ink which causes no clogging of nozzles of an inkjet printer when continuous printing is conducted for a long period of time, which elutes little coloring materials when marking on eggshells are wetted with water or marked eggs are cooked by boiling and which thus gives an appearance free from allowing people to have a distaste, the inkjet ink comprising: (a) a chlorophyllin dyestuff; (b) at least one viscosity adjuster selected from an alkali metal salt of alginic acid, propylene glycol alginate ester, calcium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, sodium starch glycolate, sodium starch phosphate ester, sodium polyacrylate, propylene glycol fatty acid ester and methyl cellulose; and (c) water. wh
