Tool for lifting paving slabs or blocks

The thin metal blade (1) of the tool is embedded in a plastic holder (2). The holder has a handle (3) which can be gripped in the palm of the hand. One side of the blade has a curved hook (9) which is used to scrape out the sand or other material between the slabs. The other side has a "Hawk's Bill" hook (4, 5) which can be inserted and tilted to lever up the slab.
