PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a player to prepare for the next game such as medal insertion and smoothly advance a game by providing a chance state preventing means preventing the chance state capable of attaining a prescribed winning condition when no internal winning state is set. SOLUTION: When there are two winning symbols on an effective line 16, a second reel 14 is fed one frame, a combination of symbols on the effective line is detected, and these actions are repeated. When two winning symbols do not exist on an effective line 16, the second reel 14 is stopped at a prescribed timing, thus the state that two symbols are aligned on the effective line 16 in the first and second reels 14, i.e., the chance state, is inhilerted. A player can know that there is no possibility of winning and can prepare for the next game such as medal insertion to advance a game. |
