PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively release a molding from a mold without buckling by providing a mutual relationship for forming a bottom at one end of a cylindrical molding between a cavity and a core, and pressing the bottom of the molding by an end of a projecting mechanism introduced into the molding. SOLUTION: A core 5 of an inner die 4 is shorter than a length of a cavity 3. An air gap 8a communicating with an air gap 8 is formed at an end of the core 5. A rubber material is injected from an injection port in the gaps 8, 8a, and a bottom 9a is formed at one end of a cylindrical molding 9 to be molded. The core 5 of an inner die 6 is removed from the molding 9. A side die 7 is removed. An arm 11 of a projecting mechanism 10 is introduced into the molding 9. And, the bottom 9a of the molding 9 is pressed by an end 11b of the arm 11. Thus, the molding 9 is externally projected from the cavity 3 of the outer mold 4 and released from the mold. The molding 9 can be released from the mold without buckling. |
