PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lower mold clamp device capable of rapidly performing replacing work. SOLUTION: A lifter 5 provided in a vulcanizer center mechanism in a liftable manner through a cylinder 6 and an adaptor 7 provided at the upper part of the lifter 5 in a detachable manner and engaging the lifter 5 and a lower bead ring 10 at the time of fixing of a lower mold are provided and the lower bead ring 10 is drawn in by the adaptor 7 to fix the lower mold 9.
