PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive and heat sensitive recording material, which has a high coloring density, high white paper preserving properties and extremely high stability of an image against heat and moisture. SOLUTION: This recording material is so constituted as to have a support and a photosensitive and heat sensitive coloring layer formed on the support. In this case, the photosensitive and heat sensitive coloring layer includes fine composite particles consisting of at least one kind of polymer substance selected from polyurea and polyurethane, at least one kind of oxidative coloring type leuco dyes and a photo-oxidizing agent, which can oxidize the oxidative coloring type leuco dye by light-irradiating, and a reducing agent, which acts on the photo-oxidizing agent so as to impede the color development of the oxidative coloring type leuco dye with the photo-oxidizing agent. |
