PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material for a fermented food container which has appropriate gas permeability and moisture permeability to keep the quality and the taste of the fermented food such as fermented soybeans in a container, has the sufficient breaking strength against the stress from the outside, and checks the fermented condition inside the container through a transparent plastic film. SOLUTION: In lid material for a fermented food container which is laminated of a gas permeable and moisture permeable film 3 and a transparent plastic film using the adhesive, the area of the gas permeable and moisture permeable film 3 is 30-70% of the area of the lid material, the adhesive 5 is applied to only a part of the laminated surface of the film and a non-woven fabric, the moisture permeability is 300-1,300 g/m<2> .24 hr, the permeability is 8,000-32,000 sec/100 cc, and the tear strength is >=300 g/15 mm width. |
