SUBSTANCE: device has housing, which has channels for liquid supply, pressure differential regulator, which has input and output chambers which are connected through controlled constrictor, gate, which is designed as regulator valve which is mounted for alternating closing channel for liquid supply into input chamber in its extreme positions, and channel which provides communication between input and output chambers through constrictor. In addition device has mechanism for switching and fixation of extreme positions of gate. EFFECT: increased reliability of operations, increased precision of proportioning in wide consumption range due to loop supply of discrete constant doses of working liquid. 1 dwg
