METHOD OF DICHOTOMOUS DIAGNOSIS OF UNBALANCED WELL SUCKER-AND PUMPING UNITS

FIELD: diagnosis of unbalanced well sucker-rod pumps in oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method is based on measuring active power of unit at discrete intervals of time and extraction of harmonic components aO and a1; specific feature of method consists in determination of positive part (aO+) and negative part (aO-) of zero harmonic component of power of unit; aO+ and aO- are determined by the following formula: at Pi>, and at Pi< - 0, where n is number of readings of power; i is ordinal number of reading and Pi are discrete magnitudes of active power. Unit is considered serviceable when the following conditions are satisfied: a0 > a1 and (a0+/a0-)>12. In this case unit is considered serviceable at unbalanced pumping.
