<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize glass wastes by filling a mixture blended with glass cullet and an adhesive into an outer frame made of a mixture blended with ready- mixed concrete and glass cullet to mold a glass cutlet structural material. SOLUTION: A mixture 1 blended with ready-mixed concrete and glass cullet crushed and pulverized with glass bottles and glass wastes is poured into a form, and it is press-cured or dried to mold an outer frame 2 made of ready- mixed concrete and glass cullet. When the thickness of the outer frame 2 is as thin as about 3 mm, a reinforcing material 3 such as a wire net or wires is provided on the outer frame 2 for molding. A mixture 4 mixed and kneaded with glass cullet and an adhesive is poured into the outer frame 2 made of ready-mixed concrete and glass cullet to mold a pavement board, thus waste glass can be effectively reutilized.</p> |
