<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered vessel, which requires neither trimming nor a working similar to trimming, in which an opening venting to an open air is obtained during the blow molding of a package, no tendency of the adhesion between an inside layer and an outside layer develops, and which requires no tearing step in manufacturing. SOLUTION: A whole vessel includes a comparatively thin and soft inside plastic layer, which does not adhere to an outside plastic layer. The inside flexible layer has a closed bottom part portion, which engages with the inside surface of the finished part 36 of the outside plastic layer and the flange portion of the inside layer extending radially so as to overlap with the finished part 36 of the outside layer. The outside layer is preferably made of olefin. The inside layer is preferably made of amorphous nylon. A multilayered vessel having a main body portion 34, the finished part 36 consisting of an opening and a base part is formed by co-extruding a parison consisting of the comparatively thick outside layer and the comparatively thin inside layer and then blow-molding the parison, the surrounding of which is closed with a mold.</p> |
