PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the continuous molding effective for the outer appearance and the water-repellent characteristics. SOLUTION: The winding length E formed from the feed start point K for a tetrafluoroethylene resin sheet 23 is controlled as the condition of winding the sheet on a molding roll 13 so that the tetrafluoroethylene resin sheet 23 is fed in compliance with the forward moving speed to the inner side (forming a carrying face) of the molding roll in addition to the molding method heretofore available in which a canvass 22 is transferred from a canvass transfer jig 16 on the outer side of the molding roll while a heat melting thermoplastic urethane resin composition 21 is fed from a die 12 onto the molding roll 13.
