PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of a laminate in which an irregularity pattern is given by shaping a predetermined irregularity pattern to a decorating sheet simultaneously at the time of a heating softening step. SOLUTION: A decorating sheet S is heated and softened in a contact type by a heating platen 30 in a heating and softening step. A shaping irregularity pattern 40 formed on a heating surface 35 of the platen 30 is urged to a rear surface side of the sheet S, and the pattern is shaped. And, in an injection molding step, a resin of a molten state is charged so as to embed the pattern shaped to the sheet S. An obtained injection resin molding and the sheet S are adhesively laminated via the pattern and integrated. Thus, a predetermined irregularity pattern is given into the obtained laminate. As a result, a stereoscopic sense is visually felt by an observer. |
