PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange switches to a position approached to the rotation locus of a swivel seat, improve the operability of the switches and obstruct the careless operation of the switches, regardless of providing the swivel seat. SOLUTION: A seat is composed of a seat cushion 2 and seat back 3 and the seat cushion 2 is provided with a rotating means turnable in a nearly horizontal direction and also swithes 6 kept always in an operatable state are arranged near the rotation locus of the seat back 3 and a detection means which can detect the rotation of the seat cushion 2 is provided on the seat cushion 2. When the detection means detects the rotation of the seat cushion 2, a control means for switching the switches 6 from an operatable state to a non-operatable state is provided.
