The hot water storage tank 23 is so constituted as to become an empty state before the initial hot water feed process, and the energization to the heater 51 is set to such a set time from when the heater 51 is soaked in the hot water by starting the feeding of the hot water to the hot water storage tank 23 and to when the heater 51 is exposed from the hot water by starting of the rinse process.
